Rates and PoliciesPer-Session Fee
A flat rate of $135 per session (each session is 50-55 minutes). Payment Methods Cash, check or credit cards are accepted. Sliding Scale Option It is understood that some people face financial limitations that prevent them from getting the treatment they want, need and deserve. To address this important issue, and to make health care as accessible as possible, there are a limited number of sessions allocated each week for clients who need to pay a reduced rate. If financial limitations are an issue for you at this time, and if space is available, accommodations will be made. Insurance I am currently in network with the following insurance companies: - Aetna - Cigna - Coventry - Optum - Oxford - UMR - United Healthcare - UHC - UBH - Horizon BCBS Cancellation Policy When you book a session that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend, it is necessary to cancel within 24 hours. Otherwise, you will be charged for that session. Please note that you can easily cancel by phone, email or web. |

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY POLICY
There is a 100% commitment to maintaining and safeguarding your confidentiality and privacy. This is both a personal commitment, and a legal obligation as the law protects the relationship between client and licensed therapist. No information can be disclosed without your explicit written permission.
However, please note that there are some exceptions to the law, which all licensed health care professionals must adhere. Specifically, there is a legal obligation to inform an appropriate third-party (or third-parties) if any of the following occur:
