About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in children and families. I am extremely passionate about helping others achieve their goals and to break patterns that are no longer self-serving. I help clients integrate their whole self- mind, body and spirit through utilizing holistic and integrative psychotherapies. I empower young women and families to overcome personal obstacles to improve their relationships. I have been trained in various trauma theories (Sanctuary Model, TF-CBT, and IFS) and understand the importance of creating a safe, authentic space to help each individual unpack and understand their story and what it means to them. I have my master’s degree in social work from Fordham University and was awarded Clinician of the Year from the NJ Alliance for Children, Youth and Families in 2014. I am passionate about helping others better their lives, relationships and create a life that has long lasting fulfillment.
